In the event of lost of Certificates, Tropifame provides the following service:
Certificate replacement fee:
$50 per Certificate (Physical copy)
$15 per Certificate (Electronic Copy)
TFDS is unable to issue any replacement certificates if misplaced.
However, we can issue an official letter to certify your achieved qualifications.
*From Now 2014 onwards, only e-certs are issued for completed WSQ modules.
Trainees can login to their SkillsFuture portal to view, print their e-Certificates.
