What can I learn from your school?In Tropifame, we provide progressive learning. All entry level students will be offered Level 1. We grow each student to be a professional floral designer.

Do I need any floristry background to learn the courses?For Level 1 courses and Floristry Introduction course, no floristry background needed. Only a strong interest and love for flowers is required.

Does the school cater for overseas students?Yes, all our courses are open to international students. We have special course package for international students. Please email us at tropifame@gmail.com and provide us with your course requirement and concerns. This is on case-by-case basis.

I have misplace my Certificates (TFDS/WSQ curse), how do I get a replacement?- TFDS Courses A certificate replacement fee will be imposed. $100 each certificate - WSQ/SSG Courses TFDS will not issue any replacement certificates if misplaced. However, we can issue an official letter to certify your achieved qualifications. *From Now 2014 onwards, only e-certs are issued for completed WSQ modules. Trainees can login to their SkillsFuture portal to view, print their e-Certificates. I would like to start my own floral business. Does your school provide any assistance?We are proud to say that some of our students have successfully open their own floral business and retail shop. We will also provide consultancy services in operating and getting resources to start your own floral business online or shop.

Will there be job attachment for me after completing the course?Job opening notices are available at our school for references. Should trainee require job placement, do inform us upon registration.

Do I have to pay registration fee for every course I take up?We understand that you maybe overwhelm with the courses we offer at Tropifame. Can I cancel my course?Cancelation of course can be done min 2 weeks before course start date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Please follow the steps below: - Inform us 1-2 days prior to withdrawal - Fill in withdrawal form Should withdrawal request is successfully, we will inform you directly via email/whatsapp.

What if I am unable to attend the class I have already registered for?Upon registration we encourage all trainees to be committed with the course schedule to avoid missing out from the sessions as we do not provide make-up sessions currently. In the event of COVID positive, related isolation orders, Health-Risk warnings or similar, official orders from the MOH, please inform the school for arrangements.

What if I have registered and paid for my class but I can't make it and want to join the next class?An administrative fee of $50 will be applicable for each course.

I wish to attend the class but I am unable to make it on some dates.A minimum of 75% attendance is necessary for every course in order for completion.

How do I download my e-certificate if I am not a Pink/Blue IC holder?For all WSQ courses with assessment component, e-certificate will be generated as long as trainee has been competent. To download the e-Certificate simply follow the steps below: - Go to www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg - Click on "Digital Services" - Under "Individuals", Search for "Download Certificates" - Follow the steps on the page to retrieve your certificate. How to claim Skillsfuture Credits?Skillsfuture Credits are personal. As such TFDS will not/ is not allowed to do so for you/on your behalf. In the event that you have difficulties, you may make an appointment to visit the school and we will guide you on how to do it. Alternatively, you may refer to the step by step guide here. In the event that participant refuse to do so, TFDS has the rights to not accept the participant.

What happen if I miss 1 or 2 days of my SSG funding course?In general, most course require participants to have a minimum course attendance of 75%. If you do not meet the minimum course attendance, you will not be issued the SOA. Please note that if you have applied for SSG funding for the course, your funding will be void and you will have to top up the balance course fee.

Can I postpone my course date?Due to any unforeseen circumstance, you are able to postpone your course date. To postpone your course please follow the steps below: - Write in/inform to us 1-2 days prior to your postponement - Fill in the postponement form We will than inform you on the next available date. Please note that you are only able to postpone once (1) is mandatory to join the next available class, no further postpone is allowded.

Can you do Corporate class / signups, is there discount for the SSG courses?Yes we can. Corporate class/signups, please write in to us on your preferred class and we will get back to you shortly. Please note that there is no further discount on SSG courses fees should funding be used. Nonetheless, do write in to us so that we can work a discount for you.
